SAVE CORK ST!!


Cork Street, the iconic international art street, is in danger of being demolished and turned into luxury apartments.  The Cork Street galleries have created a public campaign to save it.

SAVE CORK STREET RALLY
A rally will take place from 11am-midday, Saturday 13th October Outside Native Land's office at 10-12 Cork Street, W1
The rally will be a peaceful, artistic gathering of artists, arts professionals and local Mayfair residents and will include a backdrop of brightly coloured Save Cork Street banners.
A group photo will be taken - please come and join us.

What RAM means to me, by Dominic Blake: I have been life and portrait modelling for just over a year, and am now a full time life model, having left a conventional job to pursue my dreams of immersing myself more intimately within the artistic community.  I would like to take a brief moment to write about what being a member of RAM means to me. Life Modeling During Covid Crisis - Update

Dear models and artists First of all a HUGE thank you to those who have continued to support us during these difficult times. You have no idea how appreciated it is and how much it means to us. Thank you so much! Also, thank you to all those who have taken the time to write in and tell me what you are going through, how you are being affected and what you are doing about it. After a very hard initial few months, there seems to be a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. Schools and educational institutes are certainly readying themselves and putting measures in place to start again in September. Also, a lot of artists and photographers are taking the opportunity, during summer, to run outdoor sessions. Make the most of it - and anyone who isn't - please at least consider it.
